HOUSE BILL NO. 320 "An Act approving the sale of Prudhoe Bay                   
Unit royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Tesoro Alaska Petroleum             
Company; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
